Message	There is H2 (hydrogen gas), O2 (oxygen gas), and H20 (water). You can burn the first two to produce the second (or combine them in a fuel cell), but you can't "run" anything on water. To split water back into H2 and O2 requires a large amount of input energy (more than you can get back). End of story.
